Creating New Materials for a More than 1,000-Attendee Conference

Animalito County Animal Shelter is a fictional animal shelter created for a content strategy group project. I led a group of 3 other students (Alan Garcia, Charity Sanders, Miriam Lowry) in creating target market personas and a brand identity for the shelter. We were asked to individually create social media posts for our target audience under the branding we collectively established.
I managed this project by working with leadership and stakeholders to schedule meetings and collect project requirements. Then, I created initial drafts of text content and visual direction, presented them in future meetings, collected feedback, and implemented it until content was finalized.
I also coordinated with production vendors for print collateral and signage, making materials print-ready and sent to production while ensuring they were shipped to our headquarters, checked for quality, and then transported to the conference in time.
